1. Client Area Update:

If you login to your client area at www.cluewebhost.com/clients you would see a whole Brand-New revamped interface!! We have made it more intuitive and user friendly with Larger Fonts, a widgetized homepage with immediate view of your products/services, invoices, affiliate details, news, Network status & support tickets. This would make it easier to manage your orders with us.

2. SMS Notifications Active:

Due to popular demand from customers, we have now enabled SMS notifications for all clients. You now get notifications when your domains/hosting are about to expire, when invoices are overdue and to update you on your support tickets. You can activate this through your client area if you do not receive alerts, check if your phone Number has Do not Disturb (DND) activated by texting STATUS to 2442.

3. Cloudflare:

We are a cloudflare certified Hosting partner. CloudFlare makes it easy for any site to be as fast and secure as the Internet giants. You can now add cloudflare FREE to all your hosting products with us to benefit. Just login to your client Area, click product addons and select it. We would activate for you.

4. Affiliate Program:

As a result of our unmatched uptime and service delivery, we have been getting a lot of referrals from existing customers (a lot who have been with us since we started in 2010). We would like to use this medium to remind you that you get cash rewards credited to you if you refer clients for ANY product we offer.
