8 more Cryptocurrency (Altcoins) now accepted on Clue WebHost - Clue WebHost - Our Corporate Blog

Good News!

Since inception in 2010 we have worked hard at being at the forefront of innovation in Nigeria’s web hosting industry.

With the rising popularity and acceptance of crypto currency, we were the first in Nigeria to offer clients the opportunity to purchase services from us with the Bitcoin currency.

With the wide acceptance of this payment method which has allowed clients flexibility and a means of liquidating their crypto currency holdings, we are pleased to announce that we have widely expanded the crypto currency options we offer.

As at 14th March, 2017 all clients of Clue WebHost would be given an opportunity to pay for services via 9 crypto coins which are Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), Ethereum(ETH), Monero (XMR), Bitcoin Cash (BCC), Dash (DASH), Dogecoin (DOGE), Ether Classic (ETC)

To make payments with any of these currencies, after selecting the product/service you plan on purchasing, at the point where you put in your details, just select Pay via Bitcoin ……. as your payment option. When you click next, you would be sent to our payment processor’s page where you can select the crypto currency you prefer paying with.

You would be directed to a screen with the amount in crypto currency you are to pay as well as a wallet ID and QR code to pay with. Login to your preferred wallet and make the payment as specified (please pay what is shown on the payment page or else your payment might fail).

After making payment wait for the page to indicate that your payment has been received after which, depending on the currency you have to wait for it to be confirmed (confirmations can take a while).

Once transaction is confirmed, our system would automatically mark your invoice for your Domain registration or web hosting as paid and if you are an existing client, provision you automatically.

This is to increase the ease with which you deal with us.
