Yes, you can upgrade your account at anytime. Please email us at sales@cluewebhost.com with your request and we will take care it. Please note: once your plan is upgraded you can not request a downgrade of the same plan for at least one month.
can't I get a cheaper price ?
Every service hosted at Clue WebHost is 100% fully managed by an experienced tech team that supports state of the art hardware, software, and networking in a world-class datacenter. We don't cut corners, therefore we can't compete on price with companies that do. That said, if you have a large volume order, contact us for a competitive quote.
I just registered a domain name and it doesn't seem to work yet. Is there anything else I need to do ?
Congratulations on the new domain name! There may be additional steps required to configure your new domain name. If you ordered your domain name along with your hosting package, it should already be configured for your hosting package and you will just need to wait for DNS propagation.
If you purchased your domain separately, it may or may not have automatically been associated with the correct hosting package. You can check by performing a WHOIS lookup to query your domain name's settings. The WHOIS results will contain the currently configured name servers..
would you migrate/transfer my site from my provider ?
Yes, we provide free migrations from supported control panels and we offer professional services paid migrations for any custom needs. Once you receive the welcome email please submit a support ticket through our support portal and we will be glad to assist you.
