How to add a new email in your DirectAdmin panel

This is an article on setting up new email accounts when you host with us using DirectAdmin.

The steps are as follows:

  1. Visit your website admin panel at (replace with your actual website name), You would be met with the screen below.  
  2. After logging in, you would see the directadmin dashboard as below. Once it's logged in, click on Email accounts(indicated by the arrow). There you would see all the email addresses you already have, options to edit them and co.
  3. At the top-right of the Email Accounts page, click on "Create Account". It would take you to the single account creation page.
  4. Enter the first part of the e-mail account you want to create (e.g info), create a password, enter the amount of space you want the email to have and then click on "create account". You would get a screen showing your new email address, your password and configuration details for your email program (e.g Outlook).

You can also access this email address by visiting (replace with your actual website name) and logging in with your username and password you set.
